Online Resale Policy

Resellers, selling Brillo Brands product online must comply with the Online Resale Policy. The Online Resale Policy is independent of and separate from any agreement or understanding between Reseller and Brillo Brands on any matter. Brillo Brands reserves the right to discontinue doing business with a Reseller without liability in the event of a violation of the Online Resale Policy. Brillo Brands will unilaterally enforce this policy, strictly and uniformly, with respect to all Resellers.

Brillo Brands reserves the right to review all methods of Resellers online sales not covered in the below Online Selling Policy. The Online Selling Policy will be updated to address these other online selling methods as they arise.

Reseller-Owned Website
Resellers ARE permitted to sell Brillo Brands products online through their own reseller owned website.
 
Amazon.com
Resellers ARE NOT permitted to sell Brillo Brands products online through Amazon.com.

Ebay & Other Auction Websites
Resellers ARE NOT permitted to sell Brillo Brands products online through Ebay and other auction websites.
